2013 has got off to a great start for the North Wales Dragons as we prepare for our matches for the season ahead.
We are very proud to announce that this years’ shirt sponsor will be Gap Personnel, one of the largest industrial labour providers in the United Kingdom, supplying temporary and permanent workers to firms in sectors including automotive, manufacturing, warehousing, waste management, recycling and food production. The sponsorship will see the Gap personnel logo on the front of our shirts for the 2013 season. We are extremely grateful to Managing Director Gary Dewhurst and look forward to working with him and the team through the year.
As part of the new sponsorship deal, we gave the option of choosing this years’ charity to the front of shirt sponsor. We can now reveal the charity that the Dragons will be raising funds and awareness for this year, will be Make-A-Wish UK.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation UK grants magical wishes to children and young people aged 3 – 17 fighting life-threatening conditions. The charity has granted more than 8,400 magical wishes since it’s formation in 1986. Make-a-Wish is about passion, expertise, trust and fairness. Their wishes are about magic, hope, smiles and memories.
The Dragons cannot wait to get started this year, raising funds and awareness for such a great charity.
Until next time
